Reja delighted with Lazio victory over Milan

Lazio Coach Edy Reja was pleased with his side following their 2-0 victory over Milan at the Olimpico last night.
The Biancocelesti were without star striker Miroslav Klose, but still ended up winners thanks to second-half strikes from Hernanes and Tommaso Rocchi.
“We had to close space off well, as Milan are good at attacking from midfield. We played a good game, conceding little defensively. I’m very satisfied with the guys, who in an emergency have shown great determination,” Reja told Sky after the game.
“We had wanted to win this game, and we went into the second half determined to get a result. This group has great character and mentality.”
The win puts Lazio in fourth place in Serie A, three points clear of Inter, and two behind Udinese, who won 2-1 against Lecce last night.
