Robinho happy in Milan and claims Ronaldinho is staying

Milan’s summer recruit Robinho has expressed his delight to be playing at the San Siro after an unhappy spell with Manchester City.
Robinho was made British football’s most expensive player when City bought him for £32 million, but the Brazilian never justified the fee. Now in Milan, Robinho is enjoying his football again.
Talking to the Corriere dello Sport, the Brazilian said:“I have found the same happiness and the same desire to produce a spectacular brand of football as there was at Santos,” he said. “A Brazilian in Milan can’t really suffer from nostalgia.”
When questioned about his compatriot Ronaldinho’s future, he said: “You need to stop reporting that he is going to play in the United States. Ronaldinho is staying with me, with us. I am also ready to tie him to the dressing room if necessary. He is not just a champion, he is also a leader. And for me, a true friend.”
Robinho also praised coach Massimiliano Allegri: “He is helping me to understand Milan and Italian football. It is clear that it will not be easy to see a team with four attackers on the pitch, it’s a question of balance. But our coach always make us feel like regulars, and we feel important. I assure you that I would never protest about a Sunday spent on the bench.”
Robinho has yet to dislodge Ronaldinho, Alexandre Pato or Zlatan Ibrahimovic from Allegri’s starting eleven. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
