Roma close in on Pastore deal

Roma looked to have beaten off the likes of Barcelona and Manchester City to the signing of Javier Pastore according to this morning’s Corriere dello Sport.
A five-year deal worth £1.5 million per year awaits the Argentinian playmaker if both Roma and Pastore’s club Palermo can reach a deal.
Roma are ready to spend up to £30 million for Pastore, and could include a couple of the Giallorossi’s youngsters in the deal in order to convince Palermo to part with their star player.
The capital club are desperate to add some fresh blood to their squad following the recent takeover by American businessman, Thomas DiBenedetto, and see the 21-year-old as the perfect addition to their roster.
The 2010 Serie A Young Player of the Year has been in outstanding form again this term. An ever-present in the Palermo team, he has scored 11 goals so far this season, courting interest from all of Europe’s top sides. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
