Roma Ultras meet with Totti

The Gazzetta dello Sport has reported that a delegation of five Ultras have met with Roma Captain Francesco Totti to protest about the teams current progress.
Roma Ultras protested at the Giallorossi’s training facilities on Sunday after their team crashed to a 2-0 home defeat to Napoli on Saturday night. The fanatical fans began to write slogans such as “unworthy” on the walls outside and are believed to be angry with members of the team who they do not think work hard enough on the pitch.
After requesting a meeting with Francesco Totti they then had talks to clear the air. They are reported to have said to Totti that “You are the only one worthy to wear the shirt,” and that the rest of the team need to “Work more. Run more.” Totti is reported to have reassured the Ultra’s that this would be rectified for the game at Shakhtar Donetsk.
This is just the one of a number of problems in the Roma camp at present. Simone Perrotta tried to explain the issues within the dressing room, he said “The takeover talks aren’t the problem, although I cannot deny in some situations, especially difficult ones like this, it would help to have a club behind us. I don’t want to explain what type of problems they are. I can say that not having won the Scudetto last season took something away from us in terms of enthusiasm.” Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
