Ronaldinho gets ready to move back to Brazil

Milan and Ronaldinho look set to part company as the Brazilians brother and agent has begun talks that will eventually see the former Ballon d’Or winner move back to his homeland.
Ronaldinho was rumored to be extending his stay at Milan with a new three year deal however, the arrival of Antonio Cassano from Sampdoria this winter has seen this look unlikely.
Back in Brazil the 2002 World Cup winner is not short of suitors with Gremio and Flamengo both showing an interest in him. It looks more likely though that Roberto De Assis, Ronaldinho’s brother and agent will angle for a deal with Palmeiras who are managed by Luis Felipe Scolari. According to the Corriere dello Sport it will this is his most likely destination as the club most able to meet his wage demands.
Milan President Berlusconi had originally being quoted saying the Brazilian play-maker would sign a new deal but now he also seemed resigned to the fact he would leave adding “It is a shame for Ronaldinho. At the moment, he has not been playing well or training as well as he can.”
Ronaldinho’s move to Palmeiras is not a done deal yet tough as Gremio and Flamengo are still confident of securing his signature. Gremio President Paulo Odone said how “I am optimistic, as we have a great chance of concluding the deal so we can bring Ronaldinho to Gremio. We cannot do anything until January 1, as we must wait until the player resolves his rapport with Milan directly. Then we can make the move.”
Meanwhile Flamengo legend Zico has also been advising the ex Barcelona man to join up and help Flamengo start a re-building process. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
