Rossi extends Villareal stay

Giuseppe Rossi has ended speculation about his future by committing himself to Villareal by signing a contract extension until 2016.
The Italy international striker is currently enjoying the best season of his career so far, and has already netted 19 goals in all competition, leading Villareal to third place in la Liga with only Barcelona and Real Madrid ahead of them.
Rossi’s form this season has made him Villareal’s all-time top goalscorer in the Spanish top flight. The 23-year-old had been linked with a big-money move to Italy with either Milan or Juventus but always confirmed his loyalty to the team who bought him from Manchester United for €9 million in 2007.
Rossi has been rewarded with a pay-rise to stay with Villareal which he has already signed, ending the possibility of him leaving Spain in the January transfer window. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
