Silvio Berlusconi: I want Del Piero at Milan

Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has revealed his desire to lure Alessandro Del Piero to the San Siro.
The remarkable admission will not go down to well in Turin as the ever eccentric Italian believes he can convince the 35-year old to end his playing days at the Rossoneri.
Berlusconi who was speaking to the press agency, AGI, confirmed he spoke to Del Piero after the Bianconeri defeated his beloved club on Sunday. There he was in dialogue with the player discussing the matter.
“I want a big player in January. We played well against Juventus, but it’s a shame we lost. Juventus are a great team though, and they have a great player.” he said.
“I went to the Juventus dressing room to congratulate everyone, especially Del Piero. I told him that I knew his contract will expire and I offered him the chance to come and play for Milan. Del Piero is an extraordinary champion. I want him to end his career at Milan.”
If this was ever to happen it would send shock waves all over the peninsula. The probability of it happening however seems highly improbable with his agent revealing his clients desire to extend his contract with Juventus – as well as having no desire to adorn the shirt of another Italian club.
Then again it is common norm for Serie A to conjure up a shock or two – this being monumental if it was to occur. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
