Sneijder doesn’t want Mourinho reunion

Inter playmaker Wesley Sneijder has declared that he has no intention of playing for former coach Jose Mourinho again at Real Madrid, reports Corriere dello Sport.
Sneijder played for Real for two seasons before Mourinho took him to Inter in 2009. Now the Portuguese boss has taken over the reigns at Real, he has reportedly been interested in taking Sneijder back to the Bernabeu, but the Dutchman has no interest in moving back to his former club.
Sneijder said: “Of course Mourinho has tried to make me leave for Real. We have stayed in touch. But it’s impossible. I don’t want to go back to a club that treated me this way. I can’t pretend that nothing happened. For me, Madrid is ancient history, I will never play for Real again.
“After the Champions League final in the Bernabeu I came across [Real president] Florentino Perez in the stands. He congratulated me. He said ‘you deserve it’. I just said thank you and shook his hand. I am not the kind for revenge.”

Sneijder is the favourite to win the Ballon D’Or for his outstanding contribution to Inter’s Treble winning team last season. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
