Sneijder not looking for Man Utd news

Inter playmaker Wesley Sneijder is adamant that his sole concern is to help continue a mammoth of success for his club – despite more whirlwind rumours linking him with a move to Manchester United.
The English press is reporting that The Red Devils are keeping tabs on his ongoing contract situation at the San Siro and may be ready to test Moratti’s resolve on the player.
The Dutchman however is taking no notice and wants to win more honours with his current employers.
“We are convinced about being able to repeat the success of last year, and we also want to win the Club World Cup.” he told reporters.
His contribution last season to the Nerazzurri’s monumental treble has lead to him being touted as a possible FIFA Ballon d’Or winner come the turn of the year. The 26-year old has come on leaps and bounds since his big money move to Serie A last season where he also reached the FIFA World Cup Final with Holland in South Africa – but were subsequently beaten by Spain.
Although he is flattered to be mentioned as a possible winner for prestigious awards, Sneijder is only focusing on club matters rather than individual prizes.
“I am not thinking about the Ballon d’Or a lot. Sure, I am not being modest. The individual award would be the top for me, but now I am thinking about Inter.” Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
