Udinese sporting director Fabrizio Larini has confirmed interest in Mauricio Isla but disregarded any talk of a Pablo Armero switch.
Roma and Milan were paying attention to the flying Chilean during the summer, but when speaking to Calciomercatoweb.it, the director did not state just who the interest is from, while also hinting no move will occur in January.
“There is interest from a few clubs. However, we have already made some transfers and we do not want to weaken the framework of the squad.”
With rumours surrounding a possible move to Inter or Juventus for the Colombian Armero, Larini feels it is too early to discuss: “Armero is certainly having a great season, but we are in November at the moment and it seems premature to discuss the transfer market.”
