Udinese’s Sissoko keen on Kilmarnock return

Mohamadou Sissoko is keen to return to Kilmarnock on a permanent basis, but feels his current club Udinese are pricing him out of a transfer.
The 22-year-old defender spent last season on loan at Killie, impressing during 31 appearances in the Scottish Premier League.
Speaking to the Daily Record, Sissoko said: “I know Kilmarnock would like to keep me, but I’m not sure it is going to happen because my club are asking for a lot of money.
“I’d be interested in staying in Scotland. I’d like to look at all my options, but at the moment I can’t do anything because of the fee.
“It’s down to my club, but I doubt Kilmarnock would be able to pay that. I don’t have any other offers, so I don’t know where I’ll be playing.”

Udinese are reportedly willing to part with Sissoko during the summer transfer window, however, the Serie A club will demand £750,000 for the youngster.
Such a figure will be beyond Killie but Sissoko is hoping the two clubs can come to a compromise which will see him return to Rugby Park.
