van Bommel undecided over Milan future

Mark van Bommel will not make a decision on his future until the end of the season, his agent has confirmed.
The Holland international has added steel and guile to Milan’s aging midfield since his arrival from Bayern Munich in January, including a dominant performance in Monday’s victory over second placed Napoli.
The Rossoneri have the option to keep the 33-year-old beyond his current five-month deal, but should they decide against an extension, clubs throughout Europe would be keen to agree terms with the former Barcelona midfielder.
Speaking to Voetbal International, van Bommel’s representative Mino Raiola said: “There is still nothing certain – only that PSV are the only Dutch option for him.
“If Milan were deciding today they would keep him. He is a very important player for them.”

Tottenham Hotspur have also been credited with an interest in signing the veteran, but Raiola insists a decision on his future is not imminent.
“As he only came in the winter window we decided together that only in May would we look to the future,” concluded Raiola.
Milan now look forward to a crucial pair of fixtures in the next eight days – firstly they travel to Juventus on Saturday, followed by the last-16 second leg against Tottenham Hotspur on March 9. Welcome Bonus Offer Betway
